Not at all! Many clients come to us with just a feeling they want to create or a problem they need to solve. Our discovery process is designed to help you clarify your vision, even if you’re not sure where to start. We’re equally comfortable working with clients who have detailed Pinterest boards and those who simply know their space isn’t working but aren’t sure why.
Interior design is an investment that varies widely based on the scope of your project, the size of your space, and your budget for furnishings and materials. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all packages, we create custom proposals after understanding your specific needs. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss budget ranges and help you understand where your money will make the biggest impact. We believe in transparency and will always work within the budget parameters you set.
Absolutely! We love incorporating meaningful pieces you already own into new designs. Not only is this more sustainable, but it helps your space tell your unique story. During our discovery phase, we’ll identify which existing pieces work well in your new design and suggest thoughtful updates to others. Our goal is to create a space that feels authentic to you, not a showroom replica.
No – phased implementations are completely fine and often make good financial sense. We can develop a comprehensive design plan that you can implement in stages over time. This approach allows you to prioritize certain areas while working toward a cohesive end result. We’ll help you determine which changes will make the biggest immediate impact and create a roadmap for future updates.
The timeline varies depending on your project’s scope, but most full-room designs take between 8-12 weeks from initial consultation to completed design plan. Implementation timelines depend on contractor availability and product lead times, which we’ll factor into your project schedule. We’ll provide detailed timelines during our proposal phase so you know exactly what to expect.
Our collaborative approach and thorough discovery process help minimize this risk, but we understand design is personal. That’s why we build revision rounds into our process. If something doesn’t feel right, we want to hear about it! We see feedback as an essential part of refining your design, not as criticism. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, and we’ll work with you until we achieve a design you love.
Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual design services for clients who live outside our local service area or prefer a digital experience. Our virtual process follows the same steps as our in-person service, with the same attention to detail and personalization. We use video conferencing, digital design tools, and detailed documentation to ensure a seamless experience regardless of location.
We provide full-service, in-person interior design throughout the Portland Tri-County area. For clients outside these areas, we offer comprehensive virtual design services. If you’re unsure whether we can accommodate your location, please reach out – we’re always happy to discuss possibilities! We live in a digital age! We can make something work!
